Some projects require schematic landscape concepts integrated directly into architectural or civil plans; others need detailed planting design, hardscape layout, amenity planning, grading relationships, or environmental review. I assist with tree preservation planning and risk assessment, buffer and mitigation strategies, code interpretation, HOA and ARC submittals, community and subdivision landscape plans, and coordination drawings that fit seamlessly into architectural or civil sets. I also support site reviews, punch lists, and construction guidance.
