Schematic Design

Schematic Design is where most projects begin. This initial phase begins with understanding the client's desires and aesthetics and incorporating those with the existing sites physical characteristics and architectural or local aesthetics.
In many cases this is all that is needed by most contractors to accomplish the project. However, for more complicated or detailed projects construction drawings will be required to insure a successful outcome.
The following are examples of Schematic Designs.
